Announced as part of Disney’s Investor Day presentation, the event was cast iron proof that the House of Mouse views television to be just as important as the big screen.
All of the projects – which includes spin-offs, reboots and remakes – will be released on Disney+, the streaming service which launched in the UK earlier this year.

Ahsoka – new series featuring Katee Sackhoff’s Mandalorian character, also starring Rosario Dawson.
Rangers of the New Republic – Mandalorian spin-off
Andor – Rogue One spin-off featuring Diego Luna’s character
Obi-Wan Kenobi – standalone series starring Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen as Darth Vader
The Bad Batch – animated Clone Wars spin-off
Star Wars: Visions – series of animated short films celebrating the franchise
Lando – a spin-off centred on Donald Glover’s Solo character
The Acolyte – new series explores growing dark-side powers in the final days of the High Republic era
A Droid Story – R2-D2 and C-3PO return in a series introducing a brand new droid
Willow – a reboot of Ron Howard’s 1988 film

WandaVision – original series focused on Scarlet Witch and Vision
The Falcon and The Winter Soldier – original series focused on Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan’s characters
Loki – Tom Hiddleston’s character takes centre stage in new series also starring Owen Wilson

Ms Marvel – new series introducing Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani), a 16-year-old Pakistani-American growing up in Jersey City
Hawkeye – Jeremy Renner’s character hands the bow and arrow to his successor, played by Hailee Steinfeld
She-Hulk – Tatiana Maslaney plays female version of Hulk in new comedy series also starring Mark Ruffalo and Tim Roth (who returns as the Abomination)
Moon Knight – new series centres on a complex vigilante who suffers from dissociative identity disorder
Secret Invasion – Samuel L Jackson and Ben Mendelsohn head up a new series as Nick Fury and the Skrull, Talos, respectively
Ironheart – Dominique Thorne plays Riri Williams, a genius inventor who creates the most advanced suit of armour since Iron Man
Armor Wars – Don Cheadle’s War Machine takes centre stage in a series exploring what happens when Tony Stark’s tech falls into the wrong hands
